Email delivery

on cpanel i loved the email delivery tab. that is now missing.

I got a message saying that i dont have access/rights to view this plugin.

 

I Tried to remove it manually and installed it again with this command and then it worked

i am not making it, i just found it and used it, because some customer nedded it
