Dear Sandeep B.,
I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to check if there are any updates regarding the issue we are experiencing with CWP. We are currently facing problems with file permissions: the File Manager does not allow us to modify or delete files, and the same happens when attempting to do so via FTP.

I would appreciate any information or updates you can provide on this matter.
